Easy handling single axis slider which is built per a shaft motor, which can produce thrust force efficiently. (XY stage can be made with dual use.) High precision positioning can be done by the high precision Heidenhain encoder implemented. Comparing with models with rotary motors and ball screws, the shaft motor model can provides higher precision and responsiveness due to the forcer direct control and the full closed control, which eliminates backlashes. A separate servo driver is necessary. An origin limit sensor is attached.
