Cross roller guide implemented super precision single axis linear stage. (Dual use in 3D for XY stages are possible. ) Shaft motors are used for the actuators. The forcer is fixed and shaft can be moved, which has an unique mechanism. The encoder resolution can be chased from 1μｍ to 0.001μm. From super low speed to high speed controls can be done, and speed irregularities and vibrations are minimized. A separate servo driver is necessary. An origin limit sensor is attached.
