Local device (G9002A、G9205、G9103B、G9004A)
Local device series for Motionnet®system design; 32 points I/O control(G9002A)、16 points I/O control(G9205)、motor control(G9103B)and CPU emulation control(G9004A)are possible. It has a variety of devices and maximum 64 local devices can be connected per 1 center devices.
・ Up to 2,048 points of I/O control is allowed in 1 line (G9002A x 64 pcs connection) ・The status of the ports of the set address and G9002A/G9205 devices can be automatically recognized from the center device.
・ The number of the general-purpose I/O: G9002A is 4 ports (32 points) and G9205 is 2 ports (16 points)
・I/O setting is available in every 1 port in G9002A and 2 byte unit setting in G9205 (some unit is 4 bits unit)
・ A communication method: Cyclic communication
・ G9205 prepares 3 kinds of communication modes. Centerless I/O communication is available by 1:1 (No use of G9001A)
・ With a local device for 1 axis motor control (pulse control), it succeeds to the specifications 1 axis of the PCL6000 series pulse control LSI.
・ The circular interpolation between 2 axis and the linear interpolation between more than 2 axis through Motionnet are available for the multi-axis controls.
・ The control of 64 axes is allowed in 1 line (G9103B 64 pcs connection)
・ Max. output frequency: 6.66Mpps
・ Up / down counter: 3 pcs per axis
・ Comparator: 3 pcs
・ Present speed and target position overriding in motion are available
・ A pre-register is built-in(1 step) is built-in to write the data (feed amount, speed, control mode) of the next motion during the existing motion
・ General-purpose I/O: 8 points (set the input / output in every 1 bit)
・ By the commands from the center device (G9001A), it produces CPU terminal signals (control signal, address data bus signal)
・ Local device for the CPU emulation: It behaves like a CPU, and a various peripheral LSIs are controllable
・ By connecting a CPU to G9004A separately, it can perform the communication with the CPU
・ It can perform the remote controls from the center devices by connecting various devices to the CPU terminal signals.
・ As for the status information (including interrupt, FIFO status) of the device, the communication with the center device is always carried out by the cyclic communication, and the CPU terminal generated information is done by the data communication.
