Servo Driven
Dual servo driven, both high accuracy capper and star wheel assembly are controlled by servo system. Which can control the capping function to the maximum to ensure most proper tightness(prevent overly tight as well) of the cap and also protect the cap from scratch. To ensure most perfect product appearance is presented to the market.

Highly Adjustable
Highly adjustable ability according to product specification. From the beginning stage of cap sorting, cap feeding, cap placing, closing cap and bottle movement can be adjusted easily as per product spec and requirement. Even for temporary operator can adjust the machine easily for the best arrangement of human labor force.
