he Pack Leader PRO-225D Clamshell labeling machine is capable of applying top and bottom label to the clamshell and also a C Shape and L shape labeling. PRO-225D ‘s unique wipe-in design allows label to secure on the container with excellent accuracy. With an optional feature it can do a full wrap / undertuck temper evident seal.

The conveyor system incorporate with twin belts for transferring and aligning clamshells to the labeling station and spacing the product for maximum efficiency. To ensure a perfect labeling accuracy, products will be pre-aligned before going in to the labeling station. While a Special wipe system providing a nice finishing on the temper evident seal, a mechanism will drive label deeper to the dent of the container for an even more secure and excellent labeling result. Optional features of hot stamp printer, thermal transfer or Print and Apply system is available.
