High Performance Injection Molding Controller (MH Series)
A complete development tool (for editing graphics and PLC programs) is provided to meet the requirements of high-performance injection molding machine.
The system employs a RISC 140MHz microprocessor, and features high speed, noise-immunity, fan-less, and low power consumption. The execution time of its closed-loop control may be as low as 1-2ms.
The system HMI uses battery-free MRAM to prevent data (molding parameters) loss, and these molding parameters can be updated or backed up with an ordinary USB drives
One USB (2.0) port and two Ethernet (100-BaseT) ports are provided.
