WEAR-RESISTANT COILING DRUM
The coiling drums are manufactured from ductile cast iron,tempered for stress relief and are deformation-free.The wire coiling zone is plated with tungsten carbide, and then precision ground. Extra high hardness on drum surface up to HRC 70 assures maximum wear resistance.

Sensor Roller
The Sensor roller is made of welded construction and pivots in a shaft mounted in bearings. A transducer is connected to the sensor roller for the automatic centering system which maintains the sensor roller always in mid-position during the coiling program or coiling condition is (start – stopping). The sensor roller is equipped with a roller which is dynamically balanced and mounted on a shaft and in bearings.

WELL-ORGANIZED ELECTRICAL CABINET AND SIEMENS PLC CONTROL.
The frequency inverter, PLC and most electronic components are Siemens brands.

POWERFUL GEAR BOX AND COOLING SYSTEM
The gears in the gear box are manufactured from high quality alloy steel and are precisely ground for noise-free running.The interior water-cooling system adopts a design of high efficiency circulation, and spiral, fully filled water paths.
