Automatic straightening and cutting-off machines, for rolled, drawn and ribbed wires
The experience we acquired in the field of the wire. straightening and cutting from coils to bars has allowed us to realize this series of universal modular machines through which it is possible to straighten any type of wire.

A) These machines are mainly composed in three sections:
Wire feeding and straightening by straightening dies assembled in a proper rotating body (spinner).
B) Variable speed electronic feed as well as variable speed of spinner / rotating body.
C) Cutting device action through an hydraulic clutch / brake unit.
This device is using fixed shear. The solution with fixed shear allows an easy production of bars with lengths below 1 m. with a better tolerance on the bar length.
The tolerance on the bar length can vary from +/- 0.5 to +/- 1 mm depending on the feed speed.
D) An automated cutting bench complete with piece counter allows to complete bar bundles as requested.
