Accurate bottle positioning:
Bottles are transmitted precisely under the filling nozzles and the capping head by a synchronized indexing starwheel providing fast and easy changeover when switching bottle sizes. The 6082 includes a 'no bottle, no fill' function and utilizes a Servo driven control system for precise filling.
PLC control with touchscreen HMI.
Meets cGMP requirements.
