CVC AI15 Vial/ampoule inspection system

CVC AI15 is designed to ultimately guard the quality of injectable solutions; positioned right after the filling system, it is capable of detecting visible deficiencies that appear during the production. It is applicable to inspections of cosmetic defects, filling level, and foreign matters inside containers.

CVC AI15 is equipped with three cameras as the standard configuration, two for foreign particulates and one for filling level; an optional camera could be added for ampoule tip shape and vial alucap sealing.

For inspection of foreign particulates, CVC provides two alternative camera configurations based on their characteristics of light refiection:

Matrix digital camera with bottom/back light,
Linear digital camera with the patented backlight system.
The feasible configurations can be chosen per customers product defects and ensures a much more accurate and reliable inspection of containers.
